Villa Ilda does not share any common areas; all indoor and outdoor spaces are private.

Pricing

​Capacity: Minimum 4 people, maximum 10 people.
Base Price: Starts based on 4 people; varies seasonally.
Extra Person Fee: €30 per night applies for each additional guest over 4 people (maximum 6 additional people).
Important: For accurate pricing, the exact number of people must be specified when booking.
Early Booking Discount: 10% discount for bookings made by the end of February 2026.

 

Minimum Stay Lengths

​Low Season (November–April): Minimum 3 nights
High Season (May–October): Minimum 3–7 nights (may vary by date)

 

Date Selection and Availability

​Reservations must be made immediately after the occupied date or with at least a 5-day lead-in period. This policy is implemented to prevent short breaks in the schedule and make it easier for other guests to book.

Check-in & Check-out Times

​Check-in: Starting at 4:00 PM
Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM

 

Energy and Services

​All energy costs are included in the price.
 

Bed linens, bath and pool towels are included.
End-of-stay cleaning is included; however, guests are expected to leave the villa in a reasonable order.

 

Smoking Policy

​No smoking inside the villa.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.

 

Safety & Legal Requirements

​Due to local regulations, all guests staying in the villa must provide the following information:
Name and surname
Nationality
Date of birth
Gender
ID/passport number
This information is mandatory for the local accommodation registration system.

 

Insurance Recommendations

​Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, personal accidents, and damages that may occur during their stay.

 

Internet Usage

​Free Wi-Fi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas.
The average speed is 40–50 Mbps, sufficient for HD broadcasts.
Mobile internet (Superbox) is available as a backup.
Speeds may vary during peak hours.
