Exclusive beach clubs are located 5–10 minutes from the villa; Crystal waters, quality music, and comfortable sun loungers offer all-day enjoyment. SUP, canoeing, swimming, and jumping off the pier become a daily ritual here.
For those seeking a more active day, Kalkan Bay offers a wide variety of water sports, including paddleboarding, wakeboarding, water skiing, jet skiing, and parasailing. Gliding over the sea, especially at sunset, is a unique experience.

Pricing
Capacity: Minimum 4 people, maximum 10 people.
Base Price: Starts based on 4 people; varies seasonally.
Extra Person Fee: €30 per night applies for each additional guest over 4 people (maximum 6 additional people).
Important: For accurate pricing, the exact number of people must be specified when booking.
Early Booking Discount: 10% discount for bookings made by the end of February 2026.
Minimum Stay Lengths
Low Season (November–April): Minimum 3 nights
High Season (May–October): Minimum 3–7 nights (may vary by date)
Date Selection and Availability
Reservations must be made immediately after the occupied date or with at least a 5-day lead-in period. This policy is implemented to prevent short breaks in the schedule and make it easier for other guests to book.
