Set within approximately 1,280 m² of completely private grounds, Villa Ilda combines views across Kalkan Bay with a private infinity pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces reserved exclusively for you and your guests.

There are no shared areas. From the gardens and pool to the terraces and interiors, the entire property is yours throughout your stay.

Infinity Pool

A private 12 × 4 metre infinity pool overlooking Kalkan Bay, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.80 metres.

The main pool is unheated and is seasonally available from 1 April to 30 November.

Sauna & Jacuzzi

Villa Ilda offers a private sauna, indoor Jacuzzi and a 76 cm-deep children’s pool with Jacuzzi feature.

Views Across Kalkan Bay

Enjoy views across the Mediterranean and Kalkan Bay during the day, sunsets in the evening and the lights of Kalkan after dark.

Reliable Connectivity

Complimentary Wi-Fi with average speeds of 40–50 Mbps is available throughout the indoor and outdoor areas. A Superbox mobile internet connection is also available as a backup.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Franke and Siemens appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, extensive dinnerware and comprehensive kitchen equipment for both short and extended stays.

Climate Control

A 48,000 BTU air-conditioning unit serves the living room, with five additional 9,000–18,000 BTU units in the bedrooms.

Robust Infrastructure

Villa İlda is supported by a 100-tonne reserve water tank, pressure booster system, automatic irrigation and a 13 kW solar energy system.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Villa İlda property.

There are no shared facilities. All indoor and outdoor areas are reserved solely for the guests included in the reservation.

The villa has its own private entrance, and your privacy is maintained throughout your stay.

 

Booking Information

Capacity & Pricing

Minimum occupancy: 4 guests
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

Accommodation rates start on the basis of 4 guests and vary according to the season.

For groups of more than 4 guests, an additional charge of €30 per person, per night applies.

To ensure accurate pricing, the total number of guests must be entered correctly when making a reservation.

Minimum Stay

Low Season — November to April: Minimum 3 nights

High Season — May to October: Minimum 3–7 nights

Minimum-stay requirements may vary depending on the selected dates and availability.

Date Selection & Availability

Whenever possible, we kindly ask guests to select dates that fall immediately before or after an existing reservation.

To avoid short, unusable gaps in the availability calendar, minimum-stay requirements or arrival-date restrictions may apply during certain periods.

Utilities, Linen & Cleaning

  • Electricity and water are included in the accommodation rate.

  • Bed linen is provided.

  • Bath and pool towels are provided.

  • Standard end-of-stay cleaning is included.

  • Guests are expected to leave the villa in a reasonable condition following normal use.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the villa.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.

Legal Guest Registration

Under applicable accommodation regulations in Türkiye, guests staying at the villa are required to be officially registered.

The following information is therefore requested:

  • Full name

  • Nationality

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • National ID or passport number

This information is used to comply with statutory guest-registration requirements.

Travel Insurance

Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering trip cancellation, personal accidents and other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their stay.

Internet

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all indoor and outdoor areas.

The average connection speed is 40–50 Mbps, suitable for general internet use, video calls and HD streaming.

A Superbox mobile internet connection is also available as a backup to the main service.

Internet speeds may vary depending on local network traffic and service-provider conditions.
